As the holiday season approaches, Radnor Township is thrilled to announce the return of its cherished 12th Annual Santa’s Delivery event. Organized by the Radnor Township Parks & Recreation Department, this festive occasion brings Santa to the streets, spreading holiday joy to children and families across the township. Set for Sunday, December 8, 2024, Santa’s Delivery will feature collaboration with the Radnor Fire Company, Bryn Mawr Fire Company, other local fire companies, and the Citizens Police Academy to ensure a magical experience for local residents.
Event Overview
The Santa’s Delivery program invites Radnor Township residents to participate in a unique gift delivery experience. Through this program, Santa will deliver pre-dropped-off gifts to the homes of registered families, giving children the thrill of receiving a special visit from Santa himself.

- Registration & Gift Drop-Off Period: October 28 – November 22, 2024
- Who Can Participate: Radnor Township residents only
Important Registration and Gift Drop-Off Instructions
- Online Registration: All families wishing to participate must complete online registration at radnorrecreation.com.
- Gift Size Requirements: To ensure Santa’s sleigh is filled safely, gifts must not exceed the dimensions of 6″ x 6″ x 6″ (length x width x height). Gifts that exceed these measurements will not be accepted.
- Gift Drop-Off Location & Hours:
- Where: Radnor Township Building (301 Iven Avenue, Wayne)
- Regular Drop-Off Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Special Extended Drop-Off Hours:
- Friday, November 22, 2024: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM at the Radnor Township Building.
- Final Gift Drop-Off Deadline: Friday, November 22, at 7:30 PM. No gifts will be accepted after this time, so participants are encouraged to plan ahead to avoid missing out on this beloved event.
- Thanksgiving Weekend Closure: As a reminder, there will be no gift drop-off on Saturday, November 30 following Thanksgiving.
Sensory-Sensitive Options
The township understands that some children may be sensitive to lights, sounds, or sirens, which are typically part of the festive fire truck convoy with Santa. Parents are encouraged to reach out to the Parks & Recreation Department to discuss alternative arrangements, ensuring every child has a joyful and comfortable experience.
